#1 – GET A SHIPPING LABEL

One of our representatives will call you to verify your contact information so we can send you a shipping label. In case you do not receive a call, make sure to call us toll free at 1-888-943-8328. In order to successfully log-in your case, we need you to use our shipping label.

#2 – PACK YOUR DEVICE

Please make sure to use a sturdy box (no paper or plastic bags) and enough padding to prevent your device from moving at all. Your case will be logged in under “LAST NAME, FIRST NAME | DATE”. Once the box is ready, affix the shipping label and send it our way.

#3 – WE DO THE REST

We will keep you informed all the way through the recovery process since the very beginning when your package arrives to the very last stage of the game when you get your data back.
