Recovery Devices: SGI Raid , Silicon Graphics International Corp Raid 5, 12 Drives
The telecommunications equipment company contacted us after they were told by the manufacturer, SGI, that their raid data was unrecoverable. Once contracted, our engineer, Steven San Filippo, was flown to the Lucent Technologies location in Colorado. Based on the classified nature of the data, he was provided with all new computers, drives and tools. He walked into the building with only our software.
Steven was able to fully recover the data within 1 day and get the data off the drives and delivered to the client within 3 weeks. Ultimately, he recovered millions of 1k files for a very thankful client.
